The full-time programme at SCMC Pune lasts three years and is divided into six semesters. The Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication is one of the best journalism and mass communication courses after 12th. It is a three-year undergraduate programme that provides students with the technical skills and social understanding needed to write about and convey information to the general public about business, history, culture, budget issues, governmental matters, entertainment, and sports via mass communication mediums such as television, radio, and web-based social networks.

Because the discipline of journalism is founded on truth, autonomy, and transparency, the course gives a comprehensive understanding at both the academic and practical levels. This course focuses on Communication Theories and Models, Public Relations, Design and Graphics, Digital Media, Print Media Reporting and Editing, Radio Production, Data Journalism, Photo-Journalism, Event Management, and Media Law and Ethics.

Our curriculum includes dynamic theoretical lectures, hands-on practical sessions, tutorials, classroom presentations, and take-home assignments. It is benchmarked for quality and current connection with the undergraduate structures at the world's top universities. Furthermore, field visits, study tours, projects, and an intense internship structure contribute to the program's depth of learning.
